Do you have a studio?
I do not have a regular studio* at this time and offer on-location photography. For an additional fee, I can obtain a local space to use as a temporary studio if requested a minimum of 60 days in advance.
* As of November 2022, I offer intimate portraits for adults in select months and do provide an in-home studio space for those sessions.
What happens if my outdoor session gets rained or snowed out?
In the case of dangerous weather affecting a photoshoot, the non-refundable retainer amount paid to book your slot will be moved over to the next available date.
What forms of payment do you take?
I prefer payments via cash, check, credit, or debit but I am happy to accept Venmo or PayPal as well.
Where are you located?
I am in O'Fallon, Missouri. I service clients in neighboring counties, but any locations farther than 25 miles from 63366 require a travel fee.
How many images will I receive in my full gallery?
This will vary based on the session time and subject's cooperation. If we are photographing infants or toddlers, a lot hinges on them working with us. We like to think that as adults we are in charge - but let's be honest: toddlers run the world! My goal is to deliver a minimum of 25 images for full sessions and 10 images for mini sessions.
When will I receive my images?
If you do not opt for Rush Editing, you will receive your full gallery within 30 days of your session.
Rush Editing guarantees your images will be complete within 5 days.
Do you only photograph families and seniors?
At this time, I photograph families and high school seniors for most of the year. However, as of November 2022 I have also started to include intimate portraits for adults at select times of the year! For more information on this, please feel free to reach out!
Something came up - can I reschedule?
Life happens! As a busy mom of three, I totally understand this. As such, I offer one free reschedule per session that is not due to weather conditions.
After that, any further reschedules are subject to a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $45 if the reschedule is done at least 5 days prior to the session, or $75 if within 5 days of your session.
Do you travel?
At this time, I travel anywhere within 25 miles of 63366. For a travel fee I am able to travel anywhere within the state of Missouri. I do not currently offer any services out-of-state.
Do you instruct on posing? I'm so awkward!
Yes! There is no need to worry, I am fully prepared to capture both candid and posed photos. But fear not! As a lover of all things punny and an avid collector of dad jokes, I am also prepared to coax out genuine smiles so that MY fun awkwardness puts you at ease, allowing for the best portraits possible!
Do you offer a Military Discount?
At this time I do not offer any regular discounts. I do, however, offer a payment plan! Be sure to ask about this when booking.
Do you photograph pets?
Absolutely! I love to photograph your animal family members.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I absolutely understand that everyone's budget is different, and I don't want that to be a barrier keeping you from a beautiful photo session and experience. Once your $150 retainer has been paid to reserve your session spot, the remaining balance can be broken up into payments for your convenience! You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments.
